SCFTS is a once a month Market with food supplied (Donated and Rescued food), by Loaves and Fishes out of Nanaimo, those Market dates are set up by L&F for the whole year, only 12 monthly days in a calendar year. We have been working on alternate sourcing, but to date SCFTS has nothing other than some fruit from Greenways Land Trust out of Campbell River available at us at the SCFTS Market Table for any other questions you may have. The only possible source might be, “The Sayward Resort”, Faith has in the past helped those in need (whether she still does is a question for her)? Other than that is a trip to Campbell River Food Bank, but check the days they are open before you make the trip to CR. Once again we are sorry that we are unable to help you at this time, as mentioned the only way SCFTS can help is on the monthly dates when we get the delivery of products from Loaves and Fishes. October 16th is the next Market day.
